Bush backs murdering rapist Mexican, forsakes American girls

President endorses the International Court of Justice in seeking a denial of justice for American victims. Under this proceeding, teenage girls no longer warrant protection by the U.S. government, as it is more important to grant gang-rapists and murders the protection of their home government while assaulting American girls on their way home.
